GENERAL PROVISIONS

The mobile application GAPPCONSULT.BG represents intellectual property and its owners have the right at any time to change and revise the present "General Terms" and legal provisions, by updating this in text.

The present mobile application is owned and operated by GAPPCONSULT EOOD - Bulgarian legal entity, registered according to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, entered in the Trade Register.

The present terms regulate the use of the mobile application GAPPCONSULT.BG („The Application"), available for download from mobile devices.

By installing and using the Application, the user agrees to these terms.

The Application provides paid and free services related to access to consultants in different professional fields.

CONFIDENTIALITY, DATA PROTECTION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This point is intended to inform users and consultants of the GAPPCONSULT.BG application about the processing of personal data and the limits of responsibility of the platform.

GAPPCONSULT.BG processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.

The data is used only for the purposes of the application and will not be provided to third parties without consent.

The data we collect:

• Name and surname
• Phone number
• Email address
• History of reservations and payments
• Application usage data

Storage method:

• The data is stored on encrypted servers
• Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel

PRIVACY POLICY

GAPPCONSULT.BG collects and processes personal data for registration, payment processing, communication with consultants and improving services. The data is stored securely. Users have the right to access, correction and deletion. GAPPCONSULT.BG does not share data with third parties without a legitimate reason. All actions are in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

USE OF THE MOBILE APPLICATION

1. REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

1.1. Registration is required for the use of the basic functions of the application.

1.2. The user is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

1.3. The application reserves the right to deny access or remove a user without prior notice in case of established violation.

2. PAID SERVICES

2.1. Access to some consultants or quick links with priority is paid.

2.2. Services are charged (paid) through bank transfer, card or subscription plan.

2.3. Each paid plan provides specific rights and time range, described in the interface of the application.

2.4. After the expiration of the term, the user must renew their subscription.

2.5. No refund is provided for partial use or termination of access by the user's fault.

3. CONTRACTS AND ETHICS

3.1. Consultants registered in the application agree to ethical and professional standards.

3.2. Violation of good practices, morality or providing misleading information leads to exclusion.

3.3. The system supports the rating and evaluation of consultants.

3.4. In case of improper behavior by the user or consultant, the contract may be terminated.

3.5. Publishing, offering or promoting content with pornographic, erotic or other characteristics that contradicts the applicable legislation or moral norms is strictly prohibited. Violations of this nature lead to immediate restriction of access and notification of competent authorities, if necessary.

4. PROTECTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

4.1. The application is not liable for consequences of decisions taken based on the provided consultation.

4.2. GAPPCONSULT.BG does not guarantee continuous access to services due to possible technical reasons.

4.3. The user is obliged to use the services in good faith and in accordance with the law.

5. CHANGES IN THE TERMS

5.1. The application reserves the right to update the present terms.

5.2. All changes come into force after publication and users will be notified through the application.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. The GAPPCONSULT.BG application serves as a technological platform for connecting clients and consultants.

6.2. The platform is not liable for actions, meetings or communications carried out outside the application.

6.3. Exchanging personal data for the purpose of bypassing the system (e.g. phones, emails and personal meetings) is prohibited. Violations lead to permanent blocking of access and prohibition of using the application.

6.5. All messages in the platform can be archived for security and protection in case of conflict, in accordance with GDPR.

6.6. GAPPCONSULT.BG reserves the right to pass information to competent authorities in case of proven violations of the law.

6.7. By using the application, you agree to these rules for protection and responsibility.

AGREEMENT WITH THE TERMS OF USE

By installing and/or using the mobile application GAPPCONSULT.BG, I declare and confirm that:

• I am familiar with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Paid Services Rules, and I accept them in full.
• I understand that certain services in the application are paid, and I agree to make payments according to the conditions set out.
• I confirm that all personal data I provide is accurate and up-to-date.
• I accept that any violation of the rules may lead to restriction or termination of access to the application.
• I agree that the use of consulting services through the application does not replace professional legal, medical or other advice when such advice is required by law.
• I understand that the rating of consultants and the evaluation system is managed by the administrators of GAPPCONSULT.BG in a transparent, but objective manner.
• I declare that I can get acquainted with all conditions related to contracts, payments and service terms if I wish.
